Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy the creative fun with zero shipping cost on qualifying orders.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your kit is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your workshop.
Product & Skill Levels
Are your kits suitable for beginners? Yes! We design our kits for various skill levels. Each product page features a "Difficulty Level" rating (from Beginner to Advanced) to help you choose the project that’s right for you.
Is everything I need included in the box? For the vast majority of our kits, yes! We aim to provide all specialized tools and materials. If any common household items (like scissors or a screwdriver) are required, we clearly list them in the "What's Included" section of the product page.
What if I get stuck during the build? Don't worry! Every Eltrionix kit comes with access to our online community and support team. You can also find detailed video walkthroughs on our website to help you through the tricky parts.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your project. We accept returns on unopened and unused kits in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once a kit has been opened or the assembly has started, we cannot accept returns.
